Dear All,
Wow… 20 years and Mango’s is still happening...truly amazing! And, here we are, once again on track to have our BEST YEAR EVER! What an incredibly talented team!  The “Thank You’s” are endless!
My son, Joshua Wallack, our Chief Operating Officer, has been working wonders both in the front of the house and the back as well! He has teamed up with Chef Angel Ramirez and our Maintenance Engineer “extraordinaire”, Jose Vargas, to build an entirely new kitchen, and they have added many new menu items of which my favorite is our PIZZA! For that we brought Chef Daniel Catalano back from New York City to create the finest, tastiest Pizza south of Manhattan...what a gourmet treat!  Big “Thanks” to our entire kitchen staff...and Joshua!
Another huge “Thank You”, to our Webmaster, Videographer, Photographer, Graphic Designer, Producer and Entertainment Director, Miguel Parra, for all that he does for us. Our entire website, this calendar layout andgraphic design are also his creations.  What a great artist! Keep Rockin’ Miguel!
Another big “Thank You” to our Vice President of Operations, Raul Acosta; what Effort, what Heart, what “Savvy”...what Leadership! And another “Thank You” to Frank Coniglio for keeping everyone’s glass filled and all of our bartenders and servers inspired by his loving heart.  “Thank you” also to Senior Floor Manager, Antonio Larancuente for his ingenious creation of Mango’s “Tuesday Cuban Late Night Party”! What a super effort.  You know it’s “Cool” when PITBULL and his friends feel like hanging out. 
Now add the seasoned daytime floor leadership of Mauricio Cardoso, Claudio Carneiro and Reed Wollins, and the ever so professionally, excellent Security/Host leadership of Glaister Smith and Wayne Smith and their entire team, and to Luis Cruz and all of our Supervisors...“Thank You” all!
